Job description

JD - Admin Executive


Sachin Surat , GIDC , Gujrat

Timing - 9 Am to 7 Pm

Immediate joining

Males candidates Required


Roles and Responsibility :-


 Team Support & Coordination:

- Manage the administrative team and functions.

- Assign tasks and ensure smooth completion of day-to-day admin / IT

operations.


 Vendor Management:

- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, food, cleanliness, and repairs.

- Handle communication with the IT vendor for troubleshooting basic office IT

issues (e.g., Wi-Fi outages, device setup).


 Payments & Invoices:

- Assist with processing and coordinating signatures for invoices.

- Manage petty cash and ensure timely payment of minor expenses.


 Event & Function Coordination:

- Provide logistical support for events and activities.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.


 Inventory Management:

- Keep track of all inventory coming into the factory, including supplies and

brand products.

- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment when

needed.


(Experience & Education) :


 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

 Good communication skills (written and verbal).

 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace tools.

 Proactive and willing to take initiative
