Our mission, "To Help Build a Safer Infrastructure," drives every initiative and inspires our dedicated.Prepare detailed cost estimates for inspection and engineering projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. ● Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare competitive proposals. ● Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify scope, confirm assumptions, and adjust estimates as needed. ● Develop and maintain a cost database, including historical cost data, unit rates, and benchmarks for future reference. ● Monitor and update estimates as project requirements or market conditions change, ensuring timely reporting to management. ● Participate in bid review meetings and assist in developing pricing strategies. ● Coordinate with scheduling teams to prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans. ● Support forecasting and manpower allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects. ● Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities. ● Prepare budget reports, cost summaries, and cash flow projections. ● Engage with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing and up-to-date material rates. ● Frequently request, and analyze lookaheads and CPM schedules and process them to identify current (in contract) AEIS services and potential (change orders) AEIS services for all active projects. ● Track and report on key scheduling milestones, risks, and resource constraints. ● Ensure all work complies with AEIS and client standards, as well as regulatoryrequirements
