Company Name: Durall System Position: Project Manager Location: Mumbai Experience: 7–8 Years Job Description: Durall System is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.  Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.  Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.  Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.  Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications.  Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management review.  Manage project budgets and track financial performance.  Foster a collaborative environment and lead team members towards achieving project goals. Required Skills and Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.  7–8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or construction sector.  Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking software.  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills:  PMP or PRINCE2 certification (optional but preferred).  Experience working with glass or industrial systems projects (added advantage).
