Job description

Job Responsibilities (Picker & Packer):


1. Pick items accurately from warehouse shelves as per order list.



2. Pack goods properly using the right materials (tape, boxes, wrapping, etc.).



3. Check the quality and quantity of items before packing.



4. Label and scan items correctly for dispatch.



5. Maintain records of packed and dispatched items.



6. Keep the packing area clean and organized.



7. Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.



8. Follow company safety and hygiene rules while handling goods.



9. Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory team for smooth workflow.



10. Achieve daily picking and packing targets efficiently.
