Job Title: Hub Manager – Fleet Operations

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry: EV Mobility / Logistics / Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily fleet operations (vehicle allocation, scheduling, utilization tracking)

 Ensure preventive & corrective maintenance of vehicles and charging infrastructure

 Monitor fleet performance, uptime, operational KPIs, and cost control

 Handle rider onboarding, documentation, training, and daily coordination

 Conduct regular audits on vehicle health, charging, accessories & compliance  Resolve on-ground operational challenges and customer/partner escalations

 Lead, motivate, and manage hub support staff and technicians

 Maintain accurate operational reports and share daily/weekly updates

 Coordinate with central operations, tech, and service teams for process adherence

 Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at hub level
