Job Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on B2C Sales Leader to own everything from top-of-funnel growth to long-term retention. You’ll conceptualize, manage, and optimize high-impact campaigns across digital and offline channels, working closely with product, sales, and customer success. Our ideal candidate is analytical, creative, strategic—and results-driven. Your charter: build the playbook for how we acquire, convert, and delight millions of customers. You’ll succeed if you bring deep consumer insight, sharp marketing analytics skills, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude to build and scale B2C growth.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
• Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Analyse customer data and market trends to inform decision-making
• Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, and social media
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and positioning
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Identify and test new growth opportunities and channels
• Oversee customer segmentation and personalization efforts
• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
