Job Description: Picker/Packer – Floor Staff Position: Picker/Packer (Floor Staff) Location: Navsari, Jalalpur (Gujarat) Shift: 12 Hours (Day & Night shifts, mostly Day shift) Salary: ₹23,126/- CTC + PF In-Hand Salary: ₹13,500/- per month Contact Person: Shruti Jat – 9303791655 Job Responsibilities: Picking and packing of goods as per order sheets. Assisting in loading and unloading materials in the warehouse. Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the warehouse floor. Checking product quality and quantity before dispatch. Labeling, scanning, and sorting products accurately. Supporting warehouse operations and team as required. Following safety and hygiene standards during work. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 10th pass or above. Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates both can apply. Physical Fitness: Should be able to handle physical tasks like lifting, packing, and standing for long hours. Shift Flexibility: Should be comfortable with both day and night shifts. Key Skills: Basic reading and writing skills. Attention to detail. Teamwork and time management. Punctuality and discipline.
