Job Description: Maintenance Executive

CTC: ₹22,000 per month Location: RR Industrial Park, Super Corridor Road, Near Aurobindo, Indore (M.P) Department: Facilities & Maintenance Reporting to: Facility Manager / Operations Head

Role Overview

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of all buildings and property infrastructure. This includes coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and ensuring critical systems like drinking water coolers are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities

•

Oversee daily maintenance operations across buildings and facilities.

•

Oversee daily maintenance of Electrical work and related to.

•

Ensure all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water coolers, etc.) are functional and safe.

•

Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

•

Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC contracts, and service schedules.

•

Monitor space utilization and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

•

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

•

Respond promptly to maintenance issues and resolve them effectively.

•

Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for maintenance tasks.

•

Prepare maintenance reports and escalate critical issues to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

•

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.

•

Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance protocols.

•

Ability to manage vendor contracts and coordinate third-party services.

•

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

•

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

•

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, maintenance logs, etc.).

•

Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.

Qualifications

•

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field.

•

2–4 years of experience in facility or property maintenance preferred.
