Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager (TA) from the logistics industry to manage end-to-end recruitment across operations, last-mile, warehouse, and leadership roles. The candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, vendor management, and talent pipeline building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
2. Lead volume and blue-collar hiring for logistics operations.
3. Develop sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, and agencies.
4. Manage vendor relationships and recruitment partners.
5. Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures.
6. Collaborate with business heads for manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Logistics / Supply Chain industry.
2. Proven expertise in bulk and operational hiring.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
