Job responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account opening, verification, and maintenance processes, and trading-related queries
- Provide guidance on trading platforms, products, and services
- Resolve client issues, discrepancies, and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, including IT, Compliance and Operations, to ensure a smooth client experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collect feedback from clients and report trends and issues to the management team for process improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance your skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading, and broking platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
