Job description

Must-Haves:

1. 5+ years of experience in UX/application development.
2. Hands-on expertise with Angular 17/18, Node.js, RxJS, and Signals.
3. Strong experience building and maintaining cloud-based solutions on AWS.
4. Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit/integration tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent).
5. Practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Groovy, Stash).
6. Deep understanding of API design principles (versioning, isolation, microservices).
7. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with global, cross-functional teams.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.

What You’ll Own and Deliver

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular 17/18, Node.js, RxJS, and Signals.
2. Build and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS (Azure experience is a plus).
3. Create, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest, Spectator, Cypress, or Playwright.
4. Employ DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD practices using Jenkins, Groovy, Maven, Stash, and Docker.
5. Design APIs with strong principles of versioning, isolation, and microservices.
6. Deliver scalable, distributed systems using modern open-source technologies.
7. Lead problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across platforms.
8. Partner with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
9. Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
10. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and ownership.

What You Bring

1. Strong knowledge of ReactJS, HTML, CSS/SASS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
2. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and distributed architectures.
3. Experience with SOA, XML/JSON, Swagger-based documentation.
4. Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments (in addition to AWS).
5. Experience working with distributed systems at scale.
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
7. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
8. Mentoring experience and exposure to technical leadership.
