Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of projects related to facade systems, metal fabrication, and related structural work. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation through to completion, including design, procurement, fabrication, and installation of facade and metal systems.
2. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project.
3. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of engineers, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance to meet project milestones.
4. Budget & Cost Management: Develop detailed project budgets and monitor expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
5. Scheduling: Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Durall’s quality guidelines.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
8. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, update project status, and maintain comprehensive records of all project activities and decisions.
9. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations on site, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, specifically in the facade or metal fabrication industry.
3. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of facade design, metal fabrication, structural systems, and construction methodologies.
4. Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale projects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team management.
5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
6. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.
8. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
9. Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
