ITI Draughtsman – Estimation

Job description

Prepare design-specific equipment drawings such as tanks, pressure vessels, and process systems.

 Perform calculations for tank capacity, retention time, fluid velocities, and pressure vessel design.

 Select appropriate materials, pumps, and mechanical components based on process requirements.

 Conduct juice analysis and develop control philosophy for process systems.

 Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and manuals for all equipment and systems.

 Estimate and prepare project budgets, including structures and bought-out items.

 Suggest and implement design improvements in coordination with clients and internal teams.

 Create 2D assembly, detail, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD LT (2013/2021/2025).

 Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailing using Autodesk Inventor 2022.

 Optimize designs to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency.

 Prepare and review system manuals, estimation details, proposals, and approval drawings.
