Job description

A Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process, which includes sourcing and selecting suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. Key duties involve maintaining strong vendor relationships, managing purchase orders and inventory, and collaborating with other departments to align purchasing with operational needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Supplier and vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  2. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
