Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leaders and otherstakeholders. Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes-weekly. Actively on all social media pages &groups Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Completing paperwork and documentation for new hires.
