Job description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals
- Guide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement
- Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector
- Set revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines
- Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities
- Oversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met
Required Skills:
- Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales role
- Proven success in team management
- Ability to travel as needed for business engagements
Good to Have:
- Experience in the retail financial services space selling asset or liability products and managing a large field force
