Experience: 3+ years of experience in hardware and/or software quality assurance, preferably in an industrial, embedded systems, or IoT environment.
Industrial Protocols: Proven experience testing solutions utilizing Modbus (TCP/RTU), Ethernet/TCP-IP networking, and Serial Communication (RS-232/RS-485).
Vision Systems: Familiarity with industrial cameras, vision systems, and concepts like frame rate, resolution, and imaging standards (e.g., GigE Vision, USB3 Vision).
PLC/Automation: Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), ladder logic, and industrial automation principles.
Operating Systems: Windows with ability to install softwares.
Tools: Proficiency with Test management tools (e.g., TestRail), and network sniffers (e.g., Wireshark).

Logical and Analytical Ability (Critical Requirement): Exceptional ability to think logically, translate complex specifications into testable components, and meticulously analyze system behavior to pinpoint problems.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (compulsorily in English) to clearly articulate technical issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
