Job description

Production & Execution ● Assist in planning and executing event setups including fabrication, stage, décor, branding, and technical arrangements. ● Convert creative ideas and client concepts into practical, on-ground event setups. ● Research and source innovative materials, props, and installation ideas (POPs) to enhance event experiences. ● Support on-site operations — managing vendors, crew, and logistics to ensure smooth event flow. ● Handle on-ground purchasing and last-minute requirements with efficiency and accountability. ● Coordinate with multiple vendors for lights, sound, AV, fabrication, printing, and logistics
