Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Resource Deployment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client accounts covering both India and ODC requirements.
- Liaise with client HR and project managers to understand manpower needs, job descriptions, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal recruiters, staffing partners, and business teams to source and close positions promptly.
- Track candidate pipeline, interview schedules, feedbacks, and offer releases.
- Ensure pre-joining documentation, BGV initiation, and smooth onboarding for all resources.
- Maintain position tracking dashboards for ongoing requirements and open roles.
2. ODC Support & Offshore Workforce Coordination
- Act as the primary HR/operations liaison for offshore delivery centers (ODC) supporting client-deployed resources.
- Ensure alignment of HR, compliance, and documentation processes between India and offshore entities.
- Support resource mobilization for ODC-based deployments including travel readiness, onboarding support, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and track attendance, deliverable logs, and payroll accuracy for offshore teams in coordination with finance and local partners.
- Maintain confidentiality, adherence to client policies, and ensure zero deviation from ODC governance standards.
3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Handle end-to-end HR operations — onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain employee master data, digital personnel files, and HRIS updates.
- Coordinate leave, attendance, and shift rosters in sync with client work schedules.
- Address HR queries, grievances, and engagement needs for onsite and ODC resources.
- Conduct regular check-ins with deployed associates to ensure retention and satisfaction.
4. Payroll, Compliance & Reporting
- Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance & variable data for monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll disbursement for all deployed employees (India + Offshore).
- Maintain compliance with all statutory obligations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.) and coordinate with local partners for offshore equivalents.
- Manage F&F settlements, reimbursements, and pay revision updates.
- Generate monthly payroll MIS, client billing data, and compliance reports.
5. Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for client HR, procurement, and delivery managers.
- Conduct weekly/monthly governance calls to review headcount, attendance, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR support.
- Support client audits, documentation reviews, and reporting requirements.
- Build strong partnerships to identify expansion or additional resourcing opportunities.
6. Process Improvement & Governance
- Implement and standardize SOPs across recruitment, HR, and payroll workflows.
- Recommend process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality, data security, and adherence to ISO/ISMS standards.
- Drive proactive HR audits and ensure 100% documentation completeness for all resources.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and workforce management.
- Familiar with ODC delivery models and offshore workforce compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, HRMS tools, and MIS reporting.
- Sound knowledge of India labor laws and awareness of offshore HR regulations.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Process-driven with strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or workforce management within staffing, managed services, or ITES environments.
- Exposure to managing offshore delivery center (ODC) workforce and international client coordination is an advantage.
