Position - Sr Servicenow Developer

Contract period - 3 months to 5 months

Shift timing - PST/EST

The Change Management Engineer will provide the hands-on technical expertise to

operationalize policy enforcement. This role configures IT service management (ITSM) tools,

builds approval workflows, and ensures technical controls are in place to enforce the updated

change management process.

Key Responsibilities

∙Configure ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or equivalent) to enforce

change approval workflows.

∙Develop automation for rollback, approvals, and post-implementation reviews.

∙Support technical staff in submitting, tracking, and documenting change requests.

∙Build dashboards and reports for technical compliance metrics.

∙Pilot test enforcement workflows in high-risk domains (e.g., firewall, payment,

surveillance).

∙Troubleshoot and fine-tune enforcement controls to balance security with operational

efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

∙8+ years of ITSM or IT operations engineering experience.

∙Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.

∙Experience integrating security controls into IT operations workflows.

∙Knowledge of scripting/automation for change rollbacks and enforcement.

∙Familiarity with ITIL v4 and enterprise change management practices.
