The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue. Key Responsibilities: ● Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to address their inquiries and concerns. ● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. ● Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs. ● Provide product information and technical support to customers. ● Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. ● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities. ● Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets. ● Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ● Continuously improve customer service and satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback and implementing changes as necessary. ● Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. ● Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar customer-facing role. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ● Familiarity with CRM software and practices. ● Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. ● Proactive and self-motivated. ● Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
