Conduct routine checks on the production line, including visual inspections and physical tests of products at various stages (e.g., mixing, forming, frying/baking, seasoning).
Sample Collection & Testing:
Collect samples of in-process products and test key quality parameters such as moisture content, oil content, salt content, texture, color, and flavor.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality checks, test results, and corrective actions. This includes filling out IPQC checklists, log sheets, and deviation reports.
Adherence to Standards:
Ensure that all production processes and products comply with established quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety regulations.
Problem Solving:
Identify and report any non-conformances, deviations, or quality issues promptly. Collaborate with the production team to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
Calibration & Maintenance:
Perform basic calibration and maintenance of IPQC equipment and instruments to ensure the accuracy of test results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the production, maintenance, and R&D teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.
