Position: Telecaller for lead verification

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA - ₹3.0 LPA

Shift: Day Shift (9 AM - 6:30 PM)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 Saturday off/month)

📌Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Lead Verification Tele Caller at SingleDebt. As a Lead Verification Tele Caller, you will be responsible for verifying leads, conducting follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Your role is crucial in supporting the #DebtFreeIndia movement by ensuring accurate lead information and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying leads

• Conducting follow-up calls

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

1. Any Diploma / Bachelor's degree
2. Good English and Communication skills are required.
3. 6months + experience in Domestic/International process in a BPO would be preferred.
4. Candidates from any industry would be preferable.
