Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure with limited or no intervention from Manager ∙Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related initiatives in assigned region. ∙Ensuring that the ‘IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are adhered to in their respective area. ∙Visit potential customers for new business ∙Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management ∙Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and future customer ∙Ensuring that business targets are met month on month. ∙Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff. ∙Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns. ∙Performs other related duties as assigned.
