Job description

1. Deliveries: Pick up and deliver packages, food, or other items to customers at specified addresses, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
2. Route planning: Plan and follow daily routes, often using navigation tools, and be able to adapt to traffic and unforeseen obstacles.
3. Vehicle maintenance: Load and unload items carefully, and maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and good working condition.
4. Customer service: Interact with customers professionally, answer their questions, and handle complaints.
5. Administrative tasks: Obtain customer signatures upon delivery, collect payments, and accurately record expenses and deliveries.
6. Problem-solving: Address discrepancies with deliveries and find solutions to challenges, such as inaccessible locations.
