JOB DESCRIPTION: Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure withlimited or no intervention from Manager Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer relatedinitiatives in assigned region. Ensuring that the ‘IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force areadhered to in their respective area. Visit potential customers for new business Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and future customer Ensuring that business targets are met month on month. Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff. Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns. Performs other related duties as assigned. CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:1. Direct sales / Agency sales background. 2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill. 4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
