Job description

1. Reading and interpreting plans:
2. Study blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project layout and materials needed.

4. Cutting and shaping materials:
5. Cut and shape wood, plastic, or drywall to specific measurements using hand or power tools.

7. Framing and construction:
8. Assemble and install frameworks for walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs, as well as structures like staircases, bridges, and dams.
9. 
   
10. Installation:
11. Fit and install components such as window frames, doors, door frames, trim, cabinets, and countertops.
12. 
    
13. Repairs:
14. Remove and replace damaged or defective parts of a structure.
