Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners (installers, EPC contractors, solar consultants, influencers).
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure consistent lead flow and sales performance.
- Train partners on ItsMySun products, value proposition, pricing, tools, and processes.
- Drive revenue through partner network and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Design, Operations) to support partner-led opportunities.
- Track partner performance, resolve issues promptly, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities and competitive insights.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities in CRM.
Key Skills Required
- 2–5 years of experience in channel/partner sales (solar industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of solar rooftop products, EPC processes, and sales cycles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple partners.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
