Job description

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Open

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and support technical components across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
2. Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI dashboards, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Integrations.
3. Work on HDL, HSDL, FBDI, and other data-loading methods.
4. Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
5. Collaborate with functional teams for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
6. Support data migration, report customization, and extensions.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely fixes and enhancements.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Strong expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, FBDI.
2. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM technical architecture.
3. Good understanding of PVOs, SQL, PL/SQL, and data models.
4. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations.
5. Ability to handle end-to-end technical development and testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.
2. Knowledge of security, roles, and user provisioning in HCM.
3. Oracle certification in HCM Tech is a plus.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong communication and documentation skills.
2. Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
3. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
