Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management

o Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients (logistics companies, fleet owners,

etc.) in the assigned region.

o Act as the single point of contact for all post-sale activities, including

onboarding, issue resolution, and performance reviews.

o Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and operational teams on

the client side.

• Sales & Growth

o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., new lanes, value-added

services like fuel cards, GPS, Fastag, etc.).

o Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets.

• Operational Coordination

o Coordinate with internal supply, operations, and customer success teams to

ensure seamless trip execution and truck placements.

o Monitor trip performance, cancellations, and client feedback to ensure SLAs

are met.

• Market Intelligence

o Understand client business needs, industry trends, and regional competition.

o Share insights with the product and leadership teams to improve offerings.
