Job Description – Account Manager (Real Estate) Position: Account Manager Experience: 8+ Years Location: Kolkata Industry:Real Estate (Only Real Estate Experience Required) Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Financial Management * Maintain complete accounts and financial records as per statutory guidelines. * Prepare Schedule-VI & Revised Schedule-VI financial statements. * Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate for Statutory Audit. * Prepare Board Resolutions, Directors’ Reports & Audit Reports. 2. Income Tax Management * Perform Income Tax calculation, planning & consultation. * Prepare & file Income Tax Returns. * Handle notices, assessments, and representation before Income Tax Department. * Manage TDS/TCS calculation, consultation & returns. * Generate Form 16, Form 16A, TDS justification reports, and revised TDS/TCS returns. 3. ROC (MCA Compliance) * Prepare and file MCA forms including MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, ADT-1, DIR-2, INC-22, and others. * Ensure timely compliance with ROC requirements and coordination with Company Secretary. 4. GST Management * Handle GST registration, amendments, and compliance. * Perform GST calculation & consultation. * File GST Returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and others. * Attend GST hearings, manage show-cause responses, and coordinate with GST Department. 5. ESIC & Provident Fund (PF) Compliance * Calculate and process ESIC & PF contributions. * Manage ESIC IP registration, updates, deletions & ESIC card issuance. * File ESIC returns and challan generation. * Handle PF member registration, UAN generation, updates, transfers, withdrawals & settlements. * Manage PF return filing and challan generation. Required Skills** * Strong knowledge of Accounting & Taxation (Direct & Indirect). * Proficiency in IT Return, GST Return, TDS/TCS Return. * Deep understanding of ROC filings & company law compliance. * Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC compliance & statutory filings. * Ability to appear before Tax Departments for hearings. * Excellent knowledge of MS Office and accounting software. * Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. * Experience in Real Estate Accounts is **mandatory**.
