Job Description:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls II Good Communication
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients’ questions
- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
- Train other telemarketers when required
- Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Get leads that develop into new customers
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
