Job Summary:
The Business Analyst in the Consumer Service Department will be responsible for analyzing
customer service processes, identifying gaps, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve
service quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives,
generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer service operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, interpret, and present data insights to enhance performance and service quality.
• Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and process enhancements.
• Monitor customer feedback and prepare reports on trends, issues, and root causes.
• Assist in system integrations, process automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate with technology and operations teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of consumer service data and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Customer Service analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualities:
• Experience in consumer services, FMCG, BFSI, or customer operations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
