Maintain statutory documents. Prepare compliance reports. 3) Vendor & Third-Party Compliance: Ensure compliance of staƯing agencies and contractors. Monitor vendor documentation. 4) Policy & Process Governance: Develop and update HR policies. Conduct compliance training. Create SOPs for compliance management. 5) Employee & Legal Support: Address compliance queries. Support legal team with labor-related issues. Handle investigations and documentation. 6) Reporting & MIS: Prepare compliance reports. Maintain compliance trackers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field. 5 – 7 years of HR compliance experience. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
