Design for us today, is handled by a team of extremely motivated and creative young talent. What they lackis experience. We need a senior designer: who can come in and lead this brilliant bunch. Who can both teach them the skills, and mentorthem on the softer aspects of creating great visual language for a brand. someone who is passionate about new-age brands and can bring their own point of view to thework they do. someone who thinks deeply about brand language and what role design plays in it. someone who can translate briefs shared with you effectively and creatively. someone with a strong attention to detail, asking the right questions and providing constructivefeedbackWe believe the only way you can lead a team of talented junior people is by walking the talk. So, we arelooking for someone with serious skill sets either in static design or video. Should be comfortable withAdobe Software - specifically Illustrator, Photoshop. Other software is always a plus.And has had at least 1yearfexperience in leading a team.
