Position Title: Sales Manager

Department: Distribution Sale

Reports To: Key Account Manager

Location: Pune

Job description Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and execution of engagement initiatives across all floors of Virtual Sales to foster motivation and team cohesion. 2. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of business summaries across all segments of the Virtual Sales channel. 3. Strengthen collaboration and communication by maintaining regular connects with Floor Managers, Assistant Managers, and Centre Heads across all units. 4. Drive continuous growth in standalone business through enhanced agent performance and optimized sales processes. 5. Demonstrate team commitment and alignment by actively participating in daily morning hurdle sessions. Skills & Knowledge:  Effective communicator  Ability to motivate sales teams  Ability to build relationships based on trust & respect.  Proven track record of driving sales Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / Post Graduate.
