Finacle Treasury Support Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Finacle Treasury modules (Forex, Money Market, Derivatives, Fixed Income, etc.) based on business requirements.

Provide L2/L3 support for Finacle Treasury, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply permanent fixes to recurring problems.

Participate in requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations.

Coordinate with the core banking and treasury teams to support end-to-end integration with Finacle Core.

Prepare technical and functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, and deployment guides.

Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning of the Finacle Treasury environment.

Provide support during EOD/BOD treasury processing and ensure timely closure of treasury transactions.

Ensure compliance with change management policies and participate in audits and DR drills.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Finacle Treasury architecture and modules.

Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and debugging techniques.

Experience in troubleshooting Finacle Treasury batch jobs and process flows.

Understanding of treasury operations: FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
