BDA – JD

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our supply team.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant industries

Duties and Responsibilities,

• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy


• Plan for the company's financial success


• Determine key business development KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)


• Require to do a regular market


• Build strong networks with builders, landlords, and building owners


• Build strong relationships with industry professionals, consultants

BDM requirements and qualifications,

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a BDA in the hospitality industry, real estate, or any relevant industry


• Degree is a must, MBA preferable


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Excellent leadership skills


• Critical thinker and problem solver


• Great presentation skills
