We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager with experience in the BFSI, Fintech, or Banking sectors. The ideal candidate will excel in managing B2B/B2C distribution networks, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving business growth across multiple financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage distribution channel sales across the assigned territory Indore
Drive business for products including DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), CMS (Cash Management Services), FI (Financial Inclusion), Bank BC (Business Correspondent Services), and Loan Products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, aggregators, and financial institutions.
Onboard new partners and ensure proper training, activation, and performance monitoring.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective strategic planning and execution.
Lead, guide, and mentor sales teams to maintain high productivity and consistent performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies.
Identify market trends, competitor movements, and new business opportunities in the region.
