Job description

Job Title: - Customer Support / Service Executive

Location: - Vikhroli - Mumbai


Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive Executive -After salesand Service to manage backend processes and Customer service executive role to ensure accurate records, and support operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


- Maintain accurate records and update systems for CRM

- Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless process execution.

- Prepare and share reports and dashboards using Excel.

- Identify and resolve backend issues promptly.

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of activities.


Qualifications: - Any Graduate


Experience: 1-2 years in backend operations or similar roles.


Skills: -

-Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions).
