1. Act as a liaison between the *Key Account Management (KAM)* and *Operations* teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
2. Validate *Purchase Orders (POs)* and coordinate with relevant teams to schedule delivery appointments.
3. Communicate effectively with the *Customer Point of Contact (POC)* to align on order requirements, delivery timelines, and execution details.
4. Prepare, update, and maintain *Excel-based reports* to monitor *channel performance and operational efficiency*.
5. Track order status and ensure adherence to committed service levels.
6. Identify and support resolution of *operational bottlenecks* to maintain seamless order-to-cash workflows.
7. Ensure accurate documentation and coordination across internal stakeholders to support end-to-end O2C processes.
