Job Description/ Roles and Responsibilities:As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability ofsoftware applications and systems. You will be responsible for designing and executingtest plans, identifying defects and issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teamsto ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards. Your expertise in testingmethodologies, tools, and techniques will be crucial in maintaining a high level ofproduct quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities.● Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly testsoftware applications and systems.● Identify, record, and track defects and issues, and work with development andother cross-functional teams to resolve them in a timely manner.● Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and other types oftesting to ensure software meets specified requirements.● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders tounderstand software requirements and provide feedback on design andfunctionality.● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesin software quality assurance, and recommend improvements to existingprocesses and methodologies.● Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality standards are metthroughout the development lifecycle.● Document and maintain test cases, test data, and other testing artifacts forreference and future use.● Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress, test results, and qualitymetrics to project stakeholders.Basic Qualifications and Mandatory Skills / Attributes.● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role, with a solid understandingof software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to detail.● Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, and data validation.● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.Preferred Skills● Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.● Industry certifications, such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA, are a plus.● Knowledge of programming languages, such as PHP, or Python, and experiencewith test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium. interested candidate can contact through e-mail id- mayur.soni@white-force contact no- 6264800151
