Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on

Social Media Management to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms

to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter.

• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.

• Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community.

• Collaborate with internal teams to generate engaging content.

• Track trends and competitor movements.

• Manage social media calendars.

2.Content & Creative Coordination

• Brief the design team

• Assist in writing captions and content.

• Identify influencer collaboration opportunities.

3.Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Support paid social media campaigns.

• Ensure campaigns are tracked properly.

• Monitor performance and suggest optimizations.

4.Analytics & Reporting

• Track metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, CTR, and conversions.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Analyze audience behavior.

5.Brand Management

• Maintain brand voice and consistency.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

• Support brand-building activities.
