We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who can efficiently
manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operational activities. The
ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination abilities,
and a proactive approach to handling both hiring and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various profiles (sourcing, screening,
shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).
Use job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for sourcing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and timely closures.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Operations Support Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee joining
processes.
Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and HR records.
Support payroll inputs by collecting attendance and leave data.
Help in preparing HR reports, letters (offer, appointment, relieving), and MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks and requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities and office administration when
required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preferred Background
Experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring, or technical/non-technical recruitment.
Exposure to HR operations, payroll support, or admin tasks
