Position Summary:

The GM Operations oversees daily operations, ensures efficiency and quality, manages teams, and drives continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead overall operations and implement policies and processes.

* Develop operational strategies and meet performance targets.

* Manage and mentor department heads and operational teams.

* Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial performance.

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

* Drive process improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives.

* Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional coordination.

* Present operational reports and performance insights to leadership.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

* 8–15 years of operations management experience, with senior leadership exposure.

* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in operational tools and systems.
