Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager - Ind AS and MIS Reporting to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), preparing monthly MIS reports, compiling quarterly results,
and managing the annual report preparation process. The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial soware, and the ability to work collaboratively with auditors and management to ensure compliance and enhance financial performance tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation Financials: Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of the financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and consolidation.
Monthly Finance MIS: Preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to track financial performance.
Quarterly Results: Compiling and presenting financial results to meet quarterly reporting deadlines.
Annual Report Preparation: Managing the preparation and review of the company’s annual report, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Taxation: preparation of Tax Audit Report and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS Returns. Preparing data of Income tax assessments.
Indirect Tax: preparation and filing of GST returns
Key Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Commerce graduate/postgraduate (B.Com/M.Com) or CA Intermediate or ICWAI.
Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a listed company is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Ind AS, accounting principles, and commercial knowledge.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite, Tally, MS Excel, Word, MS Power Point.
Key Competencies:
Expertise in Ind AS and experience with financial statement preparation in compliance with these standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycles.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Auditors and Management.
Preferred Qualities:
Candidates with exposure to a listed company will be preferred due to familiarity with compliance and reporting standards for publicly traded companies.
Hands on experience of NetSuite Oracle ERP.
