About the Role
We are seekinga motivated and target-oriented Sales Agent from an F-Tech (Fintech) background to drive sales growth, onboard clients, and promote our financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Fintech product sales and strong customer relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and businessopportunities within the Fintech sector.
- Promote and sell company F-Techproducts/services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate financial technology solutions.
- Build and maintainlong-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and clientonboarding sessions.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smoothcustomer experience.
- Track market trends,competitor developments, and customer feedback.
- Maintain sales records,CRM updates, and regular reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of Fintechproducts such as digital payments, POS devices, wallets, lending tech, or financial software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explaintechnical concepts in simpleterms.
- Goal-oriented personality with a strongsales mindset.
- Strong presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
