Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B (Clothing/Apparel)
Location: muzaffarpur
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our
clothing/apparel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling our
clothing products to wholesalers, retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, and fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and approach potential B2B clients including retailers, distributors, corporate
buyers, and fashion houses.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calls, and industry events.
Prepare and present product catalogues, samples, and pricing proposals.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products.
Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and handling of client queries.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
4. Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and logistics teams for order
execution.
Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
5. Market Analysis
Track competitor activities and market trends in the clothing/apparel sector.
Provide insights to management for pricing, product development, and new strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience,
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits.
Knowledge of clothing categories (knitwear, woven, uniforms, ethnic wear, corporate
wear, etc.) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication
