Job description

1. Business Development  Identify and approach potential B2B clients including retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, and fashion houses.  Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calls, and industry events.  Prepare and present product catalogues, samples, and pricing proposals. 2. Client Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.  Understand client needs and recommend suitable products.  Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and handling of client queries. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.  Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements. 4. Coordination & Operations  Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and logistics teams for order execution.  Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and payment collection.  Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
