We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, exceptional photo retouching skills, and experience in both digital and print design. You should be a team player who thrives in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creativity and quality in your work.

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

1. Design and develop visually engaging creatives for digital and print platforms.
2. Retouch and edit photos with precision and creativity.
3. Collaborate with marketing, branding,and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs.
4. Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all visuals.
5. Manage multipleprojects simultaneously whilemeeting tight deadlines.
6. Stay updatedwith industry trends, designtools, and best practices.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

1. Required proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
2. Strong knowledge of photo retouching, digital,and print design.
3. Creative thinker with artisticability and a passion for visual storytelling.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
5. Ability to work under pressure and deliver qualityresults within deadlines.
6. Problem-solving mind set with attention to detail.
